I’ve been a trainer and nutrition coach for 7 years, but my passion for fitness and helping others began long before that. As a second-grade teacher for 18 years, I’ve dedicated my life to inspiring and encouraging others to reach their full potential. That same passion drives me in the fitness world. I want to help you break past your limits, push harder than you thought possible, and show up for yourself in ways you never have before. But here’s the truth: how badly do you want it?
